JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategies to drive traffic and conversions for various online platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media platforms, etc.
  • Manage campaigns and incorporate recommendations and best practices. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics - CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS to identify areas for improvement. Analyze data on various platforms and tools to understand trends to identify performance, opportunities and risk.
  • Create and optimize ad copies, landing pages, ad extensions and call extensions to improve ad relevance and quality score. Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to optimize campaign performance.
  • Implement bid management strategies to achieve target CPA and maximize budget efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in PPC advertising.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insight to stakeholders focused on ROI with recommendations for campaign optimization to drive digital marketing direction, initiatives and spend.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing objectives and strategies.
  • Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify risks and opportunities for improvement and innovation in PPC campaigns.
  • Partner with internal teams on projects that impact marketing efforts and data management.
  • Support Salesforce CRM data management, data flow and reporting as it pertains to digital marketing.
  • Work with the technology team on creation, QA, implementation and monitoring of integrations and flow of incoming digital leads to ensure methodical tracking and synchronization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing in a technical & analytical capacity
  • Google Ads campaign management with demonstrated ability managing successful campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Experience and working with and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Keyword Planner
  • Experience and familiarity working with Salesforce CRM and CallRail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with strong ability to manipulate and parse data using Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail & strong organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task while prioritizing workloads
  • SEO knowledge and experience a plus
