About the Role

We are seeking an Email Marketing Campaign Specialist to design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that promote company products, services, and thought leadership. This role collaborates closely with internal marketing and business teams to improve automation, distribution, tracking, reporting, and overall campaign performance.

You’ll join a fast-paced, innovative team focused on improving user experience and driving measurable results through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns
• Optimize automated campaigns, workflows, and material distribution
• Collaborate with internal business groups and marketing partners to enhance user experience and reporting
• Create and maintain documentation for business and system requirements
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Identify trends, issues, and performance gaps
• Support team projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Develop strong working knowledge of platforms, tools, and internal processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience using email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
