The Marketing Operations Manager ensures the timely completion of marketing projects and maintains detailed reports on projects and workloads. They will assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement, collaborate with designers, and negotiate vendor contracts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project management of marketing projects from initiation to completion
- Communicate with stakeholders and facilitate team participation and accountability
- Develop and maintain detailed reports on projects and workloads
- Recognize and resolve issues that arise during projects
- Assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Facilitate updates of Marketing content on company intranet
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be a clear communicator
- Proficiency in contract negotiations
- Ability to motivate and keep the team on track
Working Conditions
- Normal office environment with frequent interruptions
- Sit frequently and use repetitive hand motions
- Travel to visit credit union locations
