Social Media Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who can learn to love construction 🧡

Our clients give us plenty to work with, and we’re looking for someone to help decide what hits the feed next.

We do digital marketing for construction companies and skilled trades. We get pretty invested in our clients and enjoy showing people what they do. Now we’re looking for someone to join our team and bring their own ideas to the work.

You’ll work closely with us, using the photos and finished videos we create to plan content for several client accounts. We’ll start you gradually. You might touch base with a client to get the story behind a photo or turn a crew member’s quote into a graphic. You’ll write captions, schedule posts, and keep up with comments and messages.

We’ll also want your feedback on what’s working, what’s new in the industries we serve, and what we might want to try next. You’ll have support while you learn our clients, with more responsibility handed over as you get comfortable.

We’re looking for someone who writes well, follows through, and likes learning something new. You don’t need to know construction yet. You do need to be curious enough to ask questions.

A few things you’ll need:

• At least one year of professional social media experience, ideally 1–3 years

• Comfort with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and some TikTok

• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for simple text graphics

• The ability to plan weeks ahead and keep the details straight

You’ll use a cloud-based program to organize and schedule posts. Our team handles the photography, filming, and photo/video editing.

Full-time at our Charleston office · $22/hour · Two weeks of PTO per year

This is an in-office position. Occasional work-from-home flexibility may be considered once you’ve shown you can manage the work independently.
