Digital Marketing Solutions Specialist
The Digital Marketing Solutions Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing SOPREMA’s digital platforms and technologies to enhance user experience and support marketing initiatives. This role combines technical development with strategic coordination across multiple systems, including the corporate website, portals, Account Engagement, and other digital asset management tools (CMS, DAM, PIM). The Digital Marketing Solutions Specialist collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure accurate content, seamless functionality, and consistent branding across all platforms. Acting as the primary point of contact for digital systems, this role supports sales and marketing efforts by maintaining product listings, specifications, and technical content while driving improvements in usability and efficiency.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain web technologies and digital platforms, ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices.
- Manage and update the corporate websites, portals, and related systems to deliver accurate, up-to-date content and an optimized user experience.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather, organize, and update content, data, and digital assets.
- Maintain and enhance product listings, specifications, and company profiles across platforms.
- Work with creative teams to integrate multimedia content that strengthens brand presence and improves user engagement.
- Act as the primary contact for portals, training, and issue resolution.
- Provide sales support by ensuring accurate product information and promoting effective use of digital tools.
- Monitor emerging web technologies, tools, and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
- Suggest and implement improvements to platform features, navigation, and usability based on feedback and analytics.
- Design engagement programs using Account Engagement Studio.
- Create responsive email templates using Account Engagement’s email template builder
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, website development, or related function.
- Experience in design and/or management of informational and transactional websites.
- Experience managing a CMS.
- Experience in asset management systems such as a PIM or a DAM.
- In-depth knowledge of the web, SEO, marketing, and advertising.
- Exceptional attention to detail as well as excellent written and verbal communication.
- Team player with the highest level of integrity.
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment; willingness to be an active participant in a team environment and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- English-speaking proficiency is required, bilingual skills a plus
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially within Excel. Working knowledge of WordPress, Magento, Akeneo, Pardot, Monday.com, and RoboHead project management software is ideal.
- Experience within the building supplies/materials industry is a plus.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
