Community Marketing Coordinator

My name is Scott Sakowitz and I am an orthodontist. I have practiced in the Orlando area since 2017. Over the past 8 years, Sakowitz Smiles Orthodontics has grown a lot and we now have three orthodontic offices in the Orlando area (Lake Nona, Winter Garden, and Dr. Phillips)

We are in search of a motivated individual who is eager to contribute to our long-term success. As we seek to expand our team, we're looking for a Community Marketing Coordinator with a creative edge and a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.

Job Duties

Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our orthodontics practice, including online and offline campaigns, social media, content creation, and more.
Content Creation: Generate engaging and informative content for our website, social media, and other marketing channels.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships within the community to enhance our practice's visibility and reputation. This includes attending community events during evenings and weekends.
Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing performance to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to your strategies.
Patient Engagement: Spend time at the front desk engaging with our patients, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships (including greeting and answering phones). This will help tailor our marketing efforts to better meet their preferences and expectations.

Flexible and Reliable Availability: As many community events are in the evenings or on weekends, flexibility in scheduling is very important.

Must be available to work at all of our locations and the surrounding communities - Full Time - 35-45 hours per week

Preferred experience

Marketing Experience: While orthodontics experience is not required, prior marketing experience is a plus.
Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software for creating eye-catching marketing materials.
Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and their marketing capabilities.
SEO and Content Marketing: Knowledge of search engine optimization and content marketing is a bonus, but is not required.

Hourly Pay: $20 - 30 (Depending on Experience)
