The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and admissions for our behavioral health treatment programs. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn performance marketing, analytics, and content operations within a mission-driven healthcare environment.
The intern will gain hands-on experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEO tools, content workflows, and internal reporting systems while contributing to meaningful projects that support individuals and families seeking behavioral health care.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance & Analytics Support
- Pull weekly performance reports from Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4
- Assist in interpreting trends and identifying optimization opportunities
- Update internal dashboards, campaign tracking sheets, and slide decks for weekly team reviews
SEO, Keyword & Competitor Research
- Conduct basic keyword research for new campaigns, landing pages, and content initiatives
- Support competitor analyses for messaging, ad strategy, and content positioning
Website & Landing Page Quality Assurance
- Assist with QA for landing pages and website updates
- Check forms, links, tracking parameters, and site functionality before go-live
- Help monitor and document any technical or UX issues
Social Media & Content Support
- Help schedule social media posts through approved platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later)
- Assist with QA for social posts, blog uploads, and ensuring brand/clinical accuracy
- Track content calendars and ensure deadlines and publishing workflows are met
Email Marketing Assistance
- Support email campaign setup, list cleanup, segmentation, and organization
- Assist in documenting and tracking A/B tests, open rates, click-through rates, and engagement
- Maintain clean, organized contact lists in CRM and/or email platform
Creative Asset & Documentation Management
- Organize creative assets and maintain shared folders, naming conventions, and version control
- Help document marketing processes, SOPs, and best practices for the growing team
Team Operations & Meeting Support
- Take organized notes during key marketing meetings
- Summarize clear action items, owners, and deadlines for internal team follow-up
- Assist with general project coordination and administrative marketing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- Interest in digital marketing, analytics, and content strategy
- Basic familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or GA4 is a plus (not required)
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Professionalism and respect for confidentiality within the behavioral health industry

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
