About the Role
- Join client’s dynamic team as a Product Marketing Manager focused on ES solutions.
- Candidates will leverage client's own transformation story to help customers reimagine their employee experience through AI powered solutions.
- Candidates will partner directly with leadership to package client’s story for customer meetings, driving measurable business impact and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Messaging
- Create clear, impactful messaging that demonstrates how client’s ES solutions drive employee engagement, productivity, and business outcomes
- Tailor messaging for diverse audiences including C-suite executives, HR leaders, and frontline employees
- Ensure consistency and alignment with customer needs and market trends across all communications
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
- Lead comprehensive GTM strategies for internal ES product launches
- Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Product, Business Technology, and Customer Success teams
- Drive end-to-end execution ensuring readiness across all marketing materials, presentations, and demos
Demo Creation & Presentation
- Develop and deliver high impact product demos showcasing ES solutions
- Ensure demos clearly communicate measurable business impact
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to continuously refine and enhance demo effectiveness
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to bring ES discussions into customer touchpoints
- Support sales meetings, webinars, and executive briefings with compelling product narratives
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback to enhance product messaging and positioning
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape in workforce engagement and AI powered HR tools
- Use competitive insights to differentiate client’s solutions and adjust strategies as needed
Required Experience & Skills
Professional Background
- 8 plus years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Communications
- Preferred experience in SaaS or AI driven technologies
- Proven track record in revenue impacting marketing roles
- Experience working with enterprise customers and Csuite stakeholders
Core Competencies
- Storytelling Excellence: Strong ability to translate technical features into compelling business narratives
- Demo Expertise: Experience creating engaging, highquality product demonstrations that communicate clear value
- Content Development: Proven skills in developing customerfacing marketing materials and presentations
- Executive Presence: Comfortable presenting to and building relationships with senior executives
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Experience working effectively across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with employee experience or HR technology solutions
- Background in customer success or working alongside account executives
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform and ecosystem
- Understanding of AI/automation technologies in workplace applications
- Track record of driving measurable business impact through marketing initiatives

Pay Range: $50 - $54/hr. on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.
