About the position
The Transformation Program Manager at Medtronic will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the ACM operating unit. This role focuses on leading strategic projects to optimize critical business processes across various regions and functions, ensuring alignment with the commercial transformation vision. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong change management experience, and the ability to navigate business complexities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Understand the commercial transformation (CTx) enterprise vision and translate it into an executable plan for ACM.

- Collaborate with regional and operational unit teams to assess the impact of proposed commercial transformation changes.
,
- Act as a change advocate for ACM, keeping business leaders informed about key decisions and their implications.
,
- Establish and execute communication mechanisms with commercial transformation workstream representatives.
,
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress and challenges, while garnering support for change initiatives.
,
- Support stakeholder functions to understand change impacts and develop new plans as necessary.
,
- Build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders to drive adoption of process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in business process improvement roles within the medical device or similarly regulated environments, or an Advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles.

- Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and other process improvement methodologies.
,
- Strong change management skills with the ability to communicate a compelling vision for process excellence.
,
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- 12 years of experience in business process improvement roles within the medical device industry or similar regulated environments.
