Ecommerce Project Manager

Driving the business process of planning, developing, testing, and delivering new features and enhancements for Medline.com. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to identify, define, and design solutions to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive search and merchandising eCommerce experience.
• Data-driven decisions using web analytics and customer feedback to optimize search result landing pages.
• Suggesting and prioritizing search and merchandising enhancements.
• Partnering with stakeholders to define and measure search and merchandising success.
• Developing and deploying new capabilities.
• Testing and evaluating the effectiveness of search results; refining as part of continuous improvement process.
• Leading key Medline.com projects prioritized as part of the eCommerce roadmap.
• Cross-functional team collaboration and gathering business requirements.
• Analyzing product performance and customer feedback post-launch, and responding quickly to diagnose and resolve issues.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

At least 2 years of eCommerce experience managing technical projects or programs, leveraging data and analytics, working with cross-functional teams, and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems are required.
