As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies and collateral. Key responsibilities include creating renderings, floorplans, and brochures, managing online content, and coordinating vendor invoices and payments.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in the homebuilding industry, and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, and SEM is also required. Experience in content creation and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
