Assisting the Store e-Commerce manager in managing day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department is crucial. The core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety must be demonstrated.
- Meet customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- Ensure team members adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
- Perform selector and customer attendant responsibilities as needed
- Train all functions and duties of selectors and customer attendants
- Act as department leader when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
- Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associate needs
- Maintain order intake and distribute work to selectors and customer attendants
- Print and distribute order labels
- Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
- Manage supplies and maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report discrepancies and invalid temperature types to the store e-Commerce manager
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Implement process improvements as directed by the division or enterprise e-Commerce team
- Provide feedback on team members' performance
Key skills include
- Proven supervisory experience
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Self-directed and able to execute projects with minimal supervision
