Assisting the Store e-Commerce manager in managing day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department is crucial. The core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety must be demonstrated.

  • Meet customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
  • Ensure team members adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
  • Perform selector and customer attendant responsibilities as needed
  • Train all functions and duties of selectors and customer attendants
  • Act as department leader when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
  • Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associate needs
  • Maintain order intake and distribute work to selectors and customer attendants
  • Print and distribute order labels
  • Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
  • Manage supplies and maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
  • Report discrepancies and invalid temperature types to the store e-Commerce manager
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Implement process improvements as directed by the division or enterprise e-Commerce team
  • Provide feedback on team members' performance

Key skills include

  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Self-directed and able to execute projects with minimal supervision
