Part-Time Director of First Impressions / Social Media Manager / Office Assistant

Location: Plainville, MA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (25 hours/week)

Compensation: $19–$20 per hour

Overview

Keller Williams Elite is seeking a proactive, polished, and highly organized individual to serve in a hybrid role combining front desk professionalism, creative social media execution, and administrative support for leadership. This individual will be the first impression of our office, the voice of our digital brand, and a key contributor to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Director of First Impressions

Greet and assist agents, clients, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Answer and direct calls, emails, and messages to appropriate staff.
Maintain a welcoming and tidy front desk and shared space.
Manage mail, deliveries, and office calendars.

Social Media Manager

Create, schedule, and post engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor platforms, respond to engagement, and track performance analytics.
Promote company events, training, and agent recognition.
Maintain visual brand consistency using Canva and approved templates.

Office Assistant

Draft, proof, and manage professional correspondence and communications.
Prepare reports, track KPIs, and assist with leadership dashboards.
Manage calendar scheduling and meeting preparation for the Operating Principal.
Support leadership with document preparation, printing, and data entry.
Order and track office supplies; ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

Experience in real estate, executive assistance, or marketing.
Familiarity with Keller Williams systems (Command, KWConnect, etc.)
Social media content planning and reporting experience.
Prior support role to senior leadership is a plus.
