Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Program Specialist who combines strong marketing/project coordination experience with real analytics muscle for a leading Canadian retailer.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will own program timelines and workback schedules, deliver insightful performance reporting, and translate data into powerful stories and recommendations that shape campaign strategy. This is not a creative/design role – we need someone who has lived in marketing operations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination and can confidently connect the dots between numbers and action.
You’ll partner daily with digital, creative, and ecommerce teams to traffic assets and keep complex programs on track in a fast-moving, large-scale retail environment. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of tangible, relevant experience (including co-ops) and a proven ability to influence with data. CPG or large retail backgrounds strongly preferred.
We're looking for candidates with tangible experience that directly translates into the role's core responsibilities - for instance, Hitika's experience was quite generic and broad. Candidates from purely creative roles (e.g., ACD, Graphic Designer) will not be a fit for this specific position, as our most recent review included a resume heavily focused on a Creative Design Associate background.
