Sr. Manager, Delivery & Off-Premises Operations

We are partnered with a national, multi-location consumer brand on a Sr. Manager, Delivery & Off-Premises Operations search for someone to own its delivery and off-premises business.

The role covers digital ordering, third-party delivery marketplaces, and store operations as you'll own the delivery platform relationships, the numbers behind them, and the in-store processes that get orders out accurately and on time. It suits someone who can set strategy in the morning, while also being a roll-up the sleeves team player and be in a store fixing a handoff problem in the afternoon!

What you'll own

• Relationships, contract terms, commission structures, and SLAs with third-party delivery partners such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Instacart
• Growth in digital sales, average order value, and conversion through marketplace merchandising, sponsored listings, and promotions
• In-store standards for digital orders, covering picking, packing, substitutions, handoffs, and driver wait times
• Catalog health across platforms, including price accuracy, real-time inventory availability, and product mapping
• Weekly and monthly KPI reporting on sales, order accuracy, missing items, cancellations, and customer satisfaction, and the root-cause fixes that follow
• Training and field guidance that helps store teams adopt new processes and stick to them

You'll be highly visible across the business, working with digital marketing, supply chain and procurement, inventory, tech and POS, finance, and store operations, as well as external platform vendors. Most of this runs on influence rather than direct authority, so how you work with people matters as much as what you know.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of progressive experience across supply chain, inventory, and delivery
• Hands-on experience with product and inventory and, more importantly, with tech-driven third-party platforms
• A background in retail, eCommerce, restaurants, or hospitality, with restaurant experience preferred
• Direct experience with DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Instacart is ideal. If you come from retail and have done the equivalent through Shopify or other delivery and fulfillment partners, we'd still like to hear from you.
• Hospitality candidates should have owned a large multi-property portfolio and managed third-party partners such as Booking.com or Expedia
• You're comfortable with data, building the reporting, and digging in to find what it's telling you, then turn it into decisions. Strong Excel skills, with SQL or BI tools a plus.
• You can think strategically and execute tactically, and you're as comfortable in a store as in a leadership meeting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
