Director of Sales Qualifications & Requirements

• 6+ years in a hotel/resort sales manager role
• Experience selling 550+ rooms to groups
• Experience selling for a hotel/resort with over 85K sf of event/meeting space
• Excellent sales abilities
• Experience leading a team of Sales Managers and Representatives
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Delphi and comfortable with e-proposals

Director of Sales Preferred Background & Skills

• Pre-opening sales experience
• Knowledge of DC and Virginia resort/hotel and convention center market
• Existing book of business, with a loyal following of clients
