Project Transformation Leadership Role

This role leads project operations, programs support, including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement, and tools for project management. It impacts approaches, projects, and programs in the functional area or affected business organization, affecting quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of best practices, integrates with others, and differentiates in the market. They will analyze moderately complex tasks, use technical experience and expertise for data analysis, and arrive at decisions using internal and limited external sources.

A strong leader who can explain difficult information, build consensus, and persuade others to influence topics within their field. This role may lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.

  • Lead new DT tool implementation to QMS processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as a deliverable owner, managing timelines, identifying risks, escalating issues, and proposing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication across stakeholder organizations for transition to new applications and priorities.
  • Use FLIGHT DECK tools to drive project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited university or college or relevant experience.
