About the Data & Analytics Business

Frontline’s Data & Analytics business is a standalone unit within Frontline Education, dedicated to unlocking the full potential of district data. Our analytics platforms give school systems the clarity and confidence to move from information to action—enabling smarter, faster, and more transparent decisions across every dimension of district leadership.

The Data & Analytics suite includes

  • Business Analytics, helping district finance and operations leaders forecast, plan, and optimize resource allocation;
  • Comparative Analytics, providing districts with benchmarking data to measure performance relative to peers;
  • Student Analytics, which turns academic and engagement data into actionable insight for improving learning, equity, and achievement; and
  • Location Analytics, which leverages GIS technology to visualize student, staffing, and facility data on interactive maps for strategic boundary and resource planning.

Together, these solutions embody our mission: to help district leaders make sense of their data, communicate clearly, and act confidently.

How you’ll contribute to our mission

As the Director of Student & Location Analytics Advisors, you’ll lead a team dedicated to helping K–12 districts turn data into meaningful action. You’ll guide how Frontline listens to and learns from district partners, building systems that elevate their voices and shape how Student and Location Analytics evolve.

You’ll work across Product, Services, Sales, and Marketing to strengthen the journey from onboarding to value, ensuring districts experience clarity, support, and confidence as they use Frontline’s analytics tools. Your leadership will help teams “teach clients to fish” by empowering districts to understand their data, build capacity, and achieve measurable outcomes on their own.

You will also play a key role in repositioning the Student Analytics product—refining its focus, validating new use cases, and helping ensure its impact resonates with the most pressing instructional and strategic needs of district leaders.

How you’ll drive success

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Advisors across Student and Location Analytics.
  • Establish strategic goals, operating plans, and success measures aligned to the Data & Analytics vision.
  • Build consistent, scalable systems for capturing district feedback and translating insights into product and experience improvements.
  • Partner with Product on structured user groups, feedback sessions, and early adopter programs that help guide roadmap and strategy.
  • Collaborate with Services to streamline onboarding and support districts in achieving early value and long-term adoption.
  • Work with Marketing to craft product messaging, customer stories, and success metrics that highlight real district outcomes.
  • Reposition the Student Analytics product by validating high-impact use cases, refining the value proposition, and guiding scalable delivery models.
  • Support Sales in key opportunities, offering consultative expertise and executive-level district engagement.
  • Monitor client health and renewal readiness, developing proactive strategies to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent Frontline’s Data & Analytics vision at events and industry forums, contributing thought leadership and advocacy.

What you bring to help us grow

  • Significant leadership experience within K–12 education, SaaS, analytics, consulting, or client success.
  • Demonstrated success shaping or repositioning analytics or software offerings using iterative, test-and-learn approaches.
  • Experience designing or implementing client feedback mechanisms; familiarity with Voice-of-Customer practices is helpful.
  • Deep understanding of K–12 district leadership needs, particularly in curriculum, instruction, and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication and executive presence with the ability to build trust with Superintendents and senior district leaders.
  • A track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and aligning teams around shared goals.
  • A strategic, adaptable mindset with comfort navigating change and exploring new approaches.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

What you’ll need to thrive

  • Curiosity and openness to new ideas, tools, and ways of working.
  • Comfort leading through change and helping teams navigate evolving priorities.
  • A collaborative, team-centered approach rooted in transparency and shared learning.
  • The ability to simplify complex problems and build systems that are intuitive and scalable.
  • A commitment to responsible, human-centered use of data and technology.
