Senior Fullstack Developer for E-commerce Marketplace MVP

We are building a new international premium e-commerce marketplace with a logistics hub in Dubai.

The platform will aggregate European luxury suppliers and connect them with global customers through a high-performance, modern architecture.

The official launch is planned for January 2026, and we are currently forming the core engineering team that will design and build the MVP during the pre-launch phase.

What We're Looking For

A strong Senior Fullstack Developer / Tech Lead who can take ownership of architecture and execution:

• (front-end architecture, SSR/SSG, best practices)
• Backend/API development (FastAPI or NestJS)
• PostgreSQL (schema, performance, migrations)
• Integration with Odoo ERP (Sales, Inventory, Orders)
• Payment integration (Stripe or similar)
• Clean, scalable code and clear technical communication

This is a hands-on role, not just management.

You'll work directly with the founder and help assemble and guide the rest of the development team.

Your Responsibilities

• Design the system architecture for the MVP
• Develop core front-end and back-end components
• Build API layer between frontend, backend, and Odoo
• Validate and optimize data flows (catalogue, orders, payments)
• Cooperate with an Odoo developer for ERP integration
• Help hire/guide frontend, backend, and DevOps roles
• Ensure long-term scalability (no "quick hacks" that collapse in 6 months)

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience
• Strong portfolio of e-commerce / marketplace projects
• Deep understanding of both frontend and backend
• Comfortable integrating with ERP/CRM systems
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)

Compensation

Hourly

$30–60/h depending on experience and seniority

Long-term potential for lead position after MVP.
