We are seeking a motivated Field Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Ellicott City, MD. This is an on-site, field-based role where you will be responsible for driving lead generation through direct community outreach and canvassing.

You will

• Plan and execute localized door-to-door marketing campaigns
• Engage homeowners in targeted territories
• Communicate the value of our remodeling services with confidence and clarity
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize conversion rates
• Track outreach performance and hit weekly/monthly lead goals
• Maintain a polished, professional brand presence in the field

• Experience in field marketing, canvassing, or market planning preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
