Dorn is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist to join our team. This strategic role blends technical execution with marketing automation expertise, performance reporting, and client-facing project coordination. You will be instrumental in executing high-impact programs across the full digital ecosystem.

About the Role

We’re looking for a digitally fluent marketer who can work across multiple platforms, manage campaigns end-to-end, and translate strategy into measurable results.

You’ll collaborate with strategists, content creators, and client teams to ensure our programs are activated efficiently and effectively.

Preferred Platform Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is highly valued:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget)
  • Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • HubSpot
  • ActiveCampaign
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot CRM

Your Impact & What You'll Do

  • Build and optimize email campaigns, nurture flows, landing pages, and automated workflows.
  • Execute marketing automation programs across various platforms.
  • Coordinate digital projects, including briefs, timelines, asset routing, QA, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards; track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Support multichannel activation across email, web, paid media, and marketing automation.
  • Maintain segmentation structures, contact hygiene, and data quality across systems.
  • Participate in client meetings to review performance, align priorities, and plan next steps.
  • Work closely with Dorn strategists to translate Go-To-Market (GTM) plans into execution-ready digital tactics.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or CRM-driven programs.
  • Hands-on experience building automations, email programs, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, segmentation, and digital analytics.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and present insights clearly.

Soft Skills & Fit

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clear communication skills, including comfortable client-facing interactions.
  • Experience with B2B audiences is a plus.
