Social Media Account Manager

Diamond Public Relations is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and execute social strategy across our growing portfolio of resorts. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5+ years of agency experience who is comfortable developing strategy, executing paid and organic social campaigns, curating content calendars, leading design efforts and monitoring account engagement across multiple platforms and accounts in the travel space.

You’ll collaborate with our PR teams while operating autonomously day-to-day, reporting directly to the VP. If you’re strategic, organized, creatively sharp, a design whiz and comfortable owning your lane, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

• Lead overall social media strategy across multiple client accounts
• Develop and manage organic and paid social media campaigns, from concept through execution
• Write and oversee captions, messaging, and content direction across platforms
• Collaborate closely with PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns
• Track performance, analyze insights, and report results
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging opportunities
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all channels
• Manage timelines, approvals, and execution independently while keeping leadership informed

What we're seeking:

• 3–5+ years of experience in social media (agency experience a plus)
• Hands-on experience executing paid social campaigns (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn; TikTok a plus)
• Excellent writing skills and a strong point of view on storytelling and brand voice
• Strategic thinker
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Data-savvy and confident translating performance metrics into action
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy but values collaboration

• Have experience in travel
• Love building systems, improving workflows, and making things more efficient
• Have a photography background or skillset
• Have experience directing photo shoots, casting models, hiring photographers, etc
