Senior Digital Advertising Specialist
Creative CircleOur agency client is searching for a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist. This will be a full-time role during standard business hours, onsite in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate understands how to build and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns and can confidently explain what the performance data means, why results are changing, and what should happen next.
In addition to managing campaigns and reporting metrics, they will need to analyze performance, identify trends, explain what the numbers mean, and translate data into clear recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
They should also be confident participating in client meetings, presenting reports, answering performance questions, and communicating strategy in a clear and approachable way.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Execute and oversee paid search, paid social, display, video, remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Create campaign strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including conversions, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, revenue, and budget pacing.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and present performance reports, translating complex data into clear business insights.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and participate in strategy discussions and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative assets, landing pages, conversion optimization, and tracking implementation.
- Manage multiple accounts, priorities, deadlines, and budgets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Stay current on advertising platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience, managing Google Ads campaigns, and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, lead generation, and conversion-focused marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to improve performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, conversion volume, and lead quality.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent client-facing communication and experience creating and presenting performance reports to clients.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Desired but not Required:
- Experience using The Trade Desk.
- Agency experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Advertising. Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Shopping, remarketing, audience-based campaigns.
- Knowledge of landing-page best practices and A/B testing.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience any of the following: implementing or troubleshooting conversion tracking, call-tracking platforms, managing e-commerce campaigns, bid-management or reporting platforms.
