Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan. The primary focus of this role is on marketing strategy, brand development, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be skilled in traditional and digital marketing, with a working knowledge of how AI tools can enhance marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and retention.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels (website, social media, email, SEO, paid ads).
Craft compelling communications and messaging that reflect our fiduciary commitment and value proposition.
Organize events aimed at acquiring or retaining clients.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Leverage AI tools to support content creation, campaign optimization, and data analysis.
Stay current with marketing trends and best practices, including emerging AI technologies relevant to marketing.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with firm goals.

Required Qualifications

Commitment to an onsite schedule, five days per week.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
Proficiency in marketing platforms (i.e. HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media tools).
Understanding or willingness to learn AI applications in marketing (e.g., automation, analytics, generative AI).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High integrity, reliability, and discretion with confidential financial information.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree or certifications in marketing or communications.
Experience in the financial services industry and familiarity with regulatory compliance.
Experience using AI tools to support marketing initiatives.
