Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Alameda, CA (Hybrid/Onsite)

Duration: 8 months

Pay Rate : $65 Hourly on W2

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager for will lead the development of digital marketing strategies via the Internet, extranet, multi-media, and e-commerce. This role requires specific experience in the email channel and a background in a regulated space, particularly within healthcare systems, to ensure alignment with Legal, Medical, and Regulatory (LMR) teams.

Education & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or IT; MBA preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Requires knowledge of enterprise-wide systems, Internet technologies, and experience developing and implementing diverse digital marketing strategies.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Innovation

  • Leads the development of cross-division, cross-site marketing features and functions.
  • Identifies opportunities to expand marketing innovation and effectively leverage existing capabilities across divisions.
  • Monitors consumer behavior and conducts marketing research to yield actionable insights to help shape strategy and direction.
  • Develops and manages SEO programs with a focus on defining and improving the total value of the online portfolio.

2. Execution & Multi-Channel Management

  • Manages the execution of short and long-term objectives and tactical plans for corporate and cross-division programs.
  • Manages the implementation of multi-channel programs.
  • Utilizes and develops methods for measuring market response to sites, products, and digital marketing campaigns.

3. Education & Consultative Leadership

  • Educates, trains, and promotes digital marketing with corporate/divisional marketing managers and design agencies.
  • Maintains knowledge of key drivers and services needed to effectively position brands digitally.
  • Provides guidance and consultation to internal and external stakeholders on processes for digital marketing strategies.
  • Partners with teams to recommend and implement programs to achieve customer lifecycle management.

4. Competitive Intelligence & Analysis

  • Understands business requirements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Provides analysis of marketplace conditions, competitive intelligence, and digital opportunities to enhance business results.
  • Identifies methods and design principles to create linkages across divisional marketing services to enable strategic alliance initiatives.

5. Governance & Asset Management

  • Leads and manages the digital strategy for all Corporate Marketing digital assets, websites, and online tools.
  • Manages individual website strategies, tactical planning, and monitors site performance/metrics.
  • Defines implementation requirements and policy specifications to support enterprise-wide digital marketing objectives.
  • Manages and defines Corporate Brand standards across the enterprise for digital channels to meet enterprise standards on digital touchpoints.

6. Emerging Technology

  • Evaluates emerging technologies to better position the organization externally.
  • Keeps abreast of trends and translates opportunities into actionable recommendations.
