Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator

Are you a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives on growing brands through engaging content, storytelling, and digital strategy? We are a rapidly emerging franchise organization headquartered just north of Atlanta and are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to elevate our online presence across multiple brands.

The specific company name(s) will be shared during the introductory Zoom call, as we are in an exciting growth and launch phase.

What You’ll Do

Manage and execute social media content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more
Create engaging content—videos, graphics, reels, stories, and written copy
Run and optimize digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Track analytics and provide monthly performance reports
Engage with audiences and support online community building
Assist with email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and basic website updates
Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives that support franchise expansion

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in social media and/or digital marketing
Demonstrated experience growing brand engagement and online presence
Strong understanding of platform best practices, trends, and content strategy
Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards
Video editing experience is a plus
Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must work in-house, Monday–Friday, at our North Atlanta office
