What you will do

You will play a pivotal role in accelerating Clearspeed’s growth within the U.S. federal and state government markets. This position is ideal for a marketer who thrives in a fast-moving scale-up environment and is excited to shape and execute go-to-market initiatives for a truly innovative technology offering. You will support and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, credibility, and demand for Clearspeed among government agencies. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, government affairs, and client success to deliver highly relevant messaging, enablement, and campaigns that resonate with public sector audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Clearspeed’s public sector go-to-market strategy, with a strong focus on U.S. federal and state agencies.
  • Support demand generation programs, content development, and enablement initiatives tailored to public sector buyers and partners.
  • Build market- and client-facing assets that align with government audience needs, procurement processes, and mission priorities.
  • Partner closely with sales, product marketing, and the broader marketing team to develop positioning, launch campaigns, and track program effectiveness.
  • Create clear, compelling messaging in collaboration with communications and government affairs teams, ensuring consistency across channels.
  • Support field marketing execution, events, and engagements that enhance Clearspeed’s presence with federal and state stakeholders.
  • Perform related duties and support additional public sector marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to the public sector (federal and/or state).
  • Background in product marketing, content marketing, field marketing, or a combination of these disciplines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to government stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative, agile, and capable of quickly grasping new concepts in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

Salary range is based on national benchmark data of comparable roles, skills and experience level. Exact compensation will be based on individual skills and experience, and location which will be assessed during the interview process.
