Cam Clark Ford Lincoln is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Space Administrator to manage and enhance our online vehicle presence. This role is critical to ensuring our new and used inventory is accurately presented, competitively priced, and visually appealing across our website and digital platforms

Position Overview

The Digital Space Administrator is responsible for photographing inventory, maintaining accurate online listings, and adjusting pricing and incentives to ensure Cam Clark Ford Lincoln remains competitive in the digital marketplace. This role plays a key part in driving online engagement and supporting sales performance and reporting to the General Sales Manager.

You will be accountable for

• Photograph all new and used vehicle inventory in a professional and consistent manner
• Upload and maintain accurate vehicle listings on the dealership website and third-party platforms
• Ensure all vehicle pricing is current, accurate, and aligned with manufacturer incentives and market conditions
• Make timely pricing adjustments to maintain a competitive advantage in online advertising
• Support online and social media vehicle promotions in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams
• Monitor inventory presentation to ensure listings are complete, appealing, and compliant with brand standards
• Identify opportunities to improve digital visibility and customer engagement
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with websites, inventory management systems, and digital tools
• Photography skills or experience (automotive photography an asset)
• Understanding of online vehicle advertising and pricing strategies is an asset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset, but not required
• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Must possess a valid Driver's License
