Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, people-focused General Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our agency. This role blends team leadership, workflow and process management, client experience oversight, and a very low-pressure sales process supported by our 100% money-back guarantee.

Make sure our team is aligned, our clients feel supported, and our projects move forward without chaos.

Primary Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead our Lead Designer, Lead Developer, and operational support staff
  • Run weekly check-ins and daily communication
  • Maintain accountability, clarity, and structure
  • Support a healthy, respectful, no-drama team culture

Operations & Workflow

  • Oversee the daily production schedule
  • Make sure projects stay on track and are delivered at a high standard
  • Work with team leads to allocate tasks and resources
  • Remove bottlenecks and improve internal processes
  • Build out SOPs, communication standards, and workflow documentation

Client Experience Oversight

  • Ensure ongoing client communication is handled well by our design/dev leads
  • Step in for escalations or timeline resets when needed
  • Support onboarding and ensure client expectations are clearly set
  • Help maintain our high client retention rate

Sales (Trust-Based, Not Pressure-Based)

You will

  • Take discovery calls
  • Ask structured questions
  • Explain our process, timeline, pricing, and guarantee
  • Prepare and send proposals
  • Follow up once or twice

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years in agency operations, project management, client experience, or team leadership
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable leading people, setting expectations, and maintaining accountability
  • Able to handle client conversations with clarity and confidence
  • Comfortable owning a simple, low-pressure sales process
  • Great at identifying problems and fixing them early
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • A clean background check is required

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience in a digital agency environment
  • Familiarity with web development or design workflows
  • Experience building SOPs or operational systems
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or project management systems
  • Experience leading sales calls or onboarding clients
  • General business or leadership training

Hours & Location

  • Monday–Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm ET (flexible)
  • On-site in our Goffstown, NH office
  • Ability to work from home some days after the 90-day probationary period
  • Occasional overtime during busy seasons

Compensation

  • $90,000–$110,000 base salary
  • Profit Sharing: 5–10% based on company performance
  • Additional bonus opportunities

This role begins with a 120-day probationary period as a W2 employee. During this period, our only focus is confirming you:
