Systems Transformation Expert

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in helping our clients transform their business through disruptive innovation enablement and transformational design solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze current business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases, facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions, and work closely with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into technical specifications.

Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning, monitor project progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes, and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
