Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives spanning digital, email, events, paid media, and print.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and performance dashboards across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive lead-generation and client-conversion efforts through data-driven segmentation and program optimization to improve ROI and engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all materials and communications.
  • Partner with internal teams including Product, Legal, Compliance, and Distribution to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing programs.
  • Manage workflows across channels to align with broader brand and business objectives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, sharing insights to inform future initiatives.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience within asset or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. wealth distribution channels, including RIA, broker/dealer, and independent advisor networks.
  • Familiarity with investment products and solutions preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Seismic, Constant Contact, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid-media strategy is a plus.
