Senior Director of Marketing
We are looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to lead and elevate our global marketing function across our holding company. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who excels at both strategic thinking and tactical execution.
You will play a critical role in shaping our messaging, growing our digital presence, building partnerships, and driving lead generation through impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a data-driven marketing plan aligned with business objectives across multiple business units.
- Digital Growth & Demand Generation: Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including paid social, search, and retargeting. Optimize conversion funnels and identify new growth opportunities.
- Content & Communications: Drive content creation (email campaigns, blogs, whitepapers, videos, etc.) to support thought leadership, user education, and product marketing initiatives.
- Email Marketing & CRM: Own the strategy and execution for email marketing, including newsletters and automated flows to engage, retain, and convert our user base.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the planning and development of social media strategies, ensuring consistent engagement, brand voice, and follower growth.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and evaluate key marketing metrics and KPIs. Use insights to continuously optimize campaign performance.
- Partnerships & PR Support: Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives, PR efforts, and cross-functional programs to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Executive teams to align messaging, support go-to-market plans, and enhance the customer journey.
