2. About the Opportunity:

The Sr. Social Media Manager is responsible for leading the organic social media strategy and execution focused on promoting the organization’s certificate programs to professional audiences. This role significantly influences audience growth, brand strength, and content effectiveness by collaborating across teams and applying insights to optimize social media presence. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on content development and innovation in social workflows.

3. Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for certificate programs, including campaign development and optimization.
  • Manage social content primarily on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, customizing storytelling per platform.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and GTM teams to integrate social media into campaign planning.
  • Analyze social performance data and audience insights to refine content and strategy.
  • Support evergreen and ad-hoc social initiatives and contribute to developing AI-driven social media processes.

4. Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing organic social media for a recognized brand.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, with a focus on professional audiences.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
  • Data-driven approach to content and strategy informed by social media analytics.
  • Strong collaboration skills and knowledge of current internet culture and trends.
  • Eligible to work from specified U.S. states or Canadian provinces.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Salary range: $142,000 to $170,000 USD.
  • Compensation includes equity and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, and flexible PTO.
