As a strategic Marketing Manager at Accel Entertainment, you'll be responsible for developing and executing key account marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and differentiation for our partners.

• Transform ideas into actionable strategies through impactful signage, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and tailored marketing programs.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and audiences, then deliver customized strategies that move the needle.
• Lead brainstorms, introduce seasonal concepts, and explore new marketing tools or channels to give accounts an edge.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in gaming, hospitality, or entertainment. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively within various teams, think creatively, and implement effective promotional strategies.
